How Hridyam.ai handles application and wellness data

Hridyam.ai collects the information a user provides in the application flow, including name, contact details, city, occupation, program goals, and consent records. This data is used to review fit for the program and support onboarding and follow-up.

If a user later chooses to share wearable or lifestyle data, that information is used only to provide wellness insights, reports, and recommendations inside the program. The MVP is designed to keep data collection narrow and tied to the product experience.

Users may request updates or deletion of their submitted information. Operationally, the live system is intended to store website data in InsForge and mirror operational records into Airtable through Composio.
